Care starts at £99 a month, including for entry-level projects. It covers only what is written into your package, and the final price depends on the scope we agree.

How it is priced

Starting price: Care from £99/month
Final monthly price: The final monthly price depends on the support and automation scope we agree with you, and is set out in your proposal.
Provider usage: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone and AI usage is charged separately or included under an agreed cap.

What is included

Website maintenance, fixes and security checks
The changes and monitoring written into your package
Basic technical support
For Booked Work: a check that alerts and reminders are still being delivered

Work beyond your package is quoted separately before it starts. We do not offer unlimited changes, revisions or development.

Care is a choice, not a requirement.
